Owner/CEO
Samantha Gosper, BCBA
Samantha founded Integrative Behavior Analysis in January of 2022 with a vision to provide compassionate and ethical ABA. Her dream was to build a team who prioritized relationships and integrating research from multiple developmental disciplines into their work. Samantha is committed to ensuring every child feels supported, loved, and receives the highest quality of care during their most crucial stage of development.

Abby Spinello, BCBA
Abby comes to IBA with extensive experience in the ABA field. Abby has been certified as a BCBA since 2015 and has worked in both the clinic and Telehealth settings. Abby is passionate about her client's success and is an amazing leader for our Columbus clinic program.
